• As delivery information will only be provided to the sender , certificate of posting ( cop ) should be submitted with the enquiry form ( pos 28b ) to allow identity verification
• Winner must present the relevant original certificate of posting and a valid proof of identity and age to the satisfaction of the postmaster general in order to claim the prize . photocopies of certificate of posting are not accepted
